报告题目：The Beurling-Wintner problem for characteristic functions

报告摘要:There is a long-standing problem raised by Beurling and Wintner on completeness of the dilation system {φ(kx) : k = 1, 2, · · · } generated by the odd periodic extension on R of any φ∈L2(0,1). In this talk, we will introduce Kozlov's astonishing claims in 1950s and exhibit some results on the Beurling-Wintner problem for characteristic functions, especially the Kozlov completeness problem.

简介：但晖，2018年博士毕业于复旦大学数学科学学院,现为四川大学数学学院特聘副研究员。主要从事泛函分析方向的研究，研究兴趣包括无穷维分析、函数空间上的算子论等，研究成果发表在J. Funct. Anal.、Sci. China Math.、J. Lond. Math. Soc.、J. Operator Theory等期刊。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目，并获得天府峨眉计划青年人才项目资助。
